Give B***K Back Friday: Donation Station for the Homeless
Give Back Friday: Donation Station for the Homeless This Black Friday, while the world is chasing sales, we’re choosing to chase something greater: compassion.
Join Samaritans of Texas for Give Back Friday, a community-powered event where shoppers, neighbors, and families come together to donate essential items that will go directly into blessing bags for the homeless in our community.
How You Can Help:
Donate hygiene and grooming items (toothpaste, soap, shampoo, deodorant, razors, feminine products)
Bring new socks, gloves, and winter essentials
Drop off non-perishable snack items and bottled water
Monetary donations are welcome and will go toward filling additional blessing bags
Why It Matters:
While stores will be full of people buying more, our mission is to give more. Every bag assembled will meet urgent needs for someone experiencing homelessness right here in our community.
Be Part of the Movement:
Stop by while you’re out shopping
Drop off your donations
Write a note of encouragement to be placed in a blessing bag
Invite your family and friends to join — it’s the perfect way to turn Black Friday into Give Back Friday!
