3. Counseling and Support 

Counseling services provided are peer-based. They are not intended to replace licensed therapy or medical guidance. Participation is voluntary and based on individual discretion.

Transportation and lodging support may be offered on a temporary and case-by-case basis. Use of these services is at your own risk. Samaritans of Texas is not responsible for any damages, accidents, delays, or personal loss occurring during transport or temporary housing. 

5. Temporary  Financial Assistance 

Any financial aid or material assistance is not guaranteed. It is offered on a limited, one-time basis subject to availability and need. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or withdraw assistance at our sole discretion.

Samaritans of Texas is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in our programs, events, or services. All involvement is at the participant’s own risk. Services are provided in good faith with no guarantee of outcome or success.
