Fatherless homes are one of the greatest challenges facing our children today. In Williamson, Hays, and Travis counties, up to 1 in 4 children are growing up without a father in the home. This absence has real consequences — emotional, academic, and spiritual. Samaritans of Texas exists to stand in the gap and provide strong, faith-based mentorship and resources to support these children.

Williamson County: Fatherless homes down from 23.3% ➡️ 20.2%
Travis County: From 29.9% ➡️ 24.5%
⚠️ Hays County: Still high — 26.2% of homes are fatherless
